April 22, 2017

On April 22, 2017, at or about 2:29 a.m., Camp Hill Police conducted a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Cumberland Blvd for speeding.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence and Speeding charges being filed on a 28 year old male with a Camp Hill address.

On April 22, 2017 at or about 8:47 a.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Parkside Road for a stolen vehicle.   It was learned that the suspect(s) dropped off another vehicle (which was stolen from Swatara Township) and took the victim’s vehicle.  It was also learned through various neighbors and phone calls that other vehicles in that area were entered overnight, with some items missing.  Investigation is ongoing.

On April 22, 2017, at or about 7:35 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to Camp Hill Shopping Center for the report of a lost / stolen wallet.  The victim advised she was at Barnes and Noble earlier today and could not remember if she placed her wallet on the counter or placed it back in her purse.  She advised she received an alert later in the day from her credit card company that her card was used multiple times and various locations.  Investigation is ongoing.

April 13, 2017

On April 13, 2017, at or about 2:34 a.m., Camp Hill Police conducted a traffic stop on South 32nd Street and Market Street for an equipment violation.   Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence Charges being filed on a 27 year old male with a Harrisburg address.

On April 13, 2017, at or about 6:17 p.m., Camp Hill Police did receive a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on Creek Road with occupants who seemed to be doing drugs.  Camp Hill Police did respond and investigation resulted in Possession of Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges being filed on a 22 year old male with a Carlisle address and a 36 year old female with a New Cumberland address.

April 11, 2017

On April 11, 2017, at or about 7:35 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to Boscov’s Department Store, located at 170 South 32nd Street, for a retail theft.  Investigation resulted in Retail Theft charges being filed on a 40 year old female with a Harrisburg address.

 

April 7, 2017

On April 7, 2017, at or about 3:35 p.m., Camp Hill Police responded to the area of North 32nd Street at Market Street for a possible DUI driver.  Prior to arrival it was learned that the suspect vehicle had struck another vehicle and they were in the Rite Aid parking lot at 3200 Market Street.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence and Careless Driving charges being filed on a 64 year old male with a Mechanicsburg address.

On April 7, 2017 at or about 11:18 p.m., Camp Hill Police did conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle which was driving recklessly on Cumberland Blvd at Country Club Road.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia being filed on a 17 year old male with a Mechanicsburg address.  Also Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges being filed on a 16 year old male with a Camp Hill address.

April 6, 2017

On April 6, 2017, at or about 1:24 p.m., Camp Hill Police did respond with Camp Hill EMS to an overdose call in the 100 block of North 20th Street.  Investigation resulted in Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges being filed on a 19 year old female with a Camp Hill address.

April 5, 2017

On April 5, 2017, at or about 11:55 a.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to Manor Care Nursing Home, 1700 Market Street, for theft of a controlled substance (pills) from Manor Care.  Investigation resulted in Acquire Substance by Fraud, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Theft from Building charges being filed on a 51 year old female with a Steelton address.

 

April 3, 2017

On April 3, 2017, at or about 2:25 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the Giant Food Store, 3301 Trindle Road, for a retail theft suspect in custody.   Investigation resulted in Retail Theft charges being filed on a 69 year old female with a Harrisburg address

April 2, 2017

On April 2, 2017, at or about 9:25 a.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church at 2000 Chestnut Street for a theft report.  It was learned that an unknown person had entered the unlocked church and removed a Schulmerich Carillons C2 Bell.  Investigation is ongoing.

March 29, 2017

On March 29, 2017, at or about 9:55 a.m., Camp Hill Police did receive information from Boscov’s Department Store located at 170 South 32nd Street, regarding a person who had written numerous bad checks to Boscov’s.  Investigation resulted in a Bad Checks charge being filed on a 29 year old female with a Harrisburg address.

March 26, 2017

On March 26, 2017, at or about 7:58 a.m., Camp Hill Police did receive a telephone call regarding an incident which had occurred at 3334 Trindle Road earlier this date.  Investigation resulted in Intimidation and Vandalism charges being filed on a 32 year old male with a Harrisburg address.

On March 26, 2017, at or about 1:18 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to Boscov’s Department Store located at 170 South 32nd Street for an active retail theft.  Investigation resulted in Retail Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges being filed on a 52 year old female with a Berlin address and a 25 year old male with an Elizabethtown address.   Also False Identity to Law Enforcement, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Under Suspension and Registration Violation charges were filed on a 50 year old male with an Elizabethtown address.
