September 1, 2016

On September 1, 2016, at or about 9:10 a.m. the Camp Hill Police Department was dispatched to the Giant Food Store at 3301 Trindle Road for a retail theft.  Upon investigation retail theft charges were filed on a 19 year old male with an Etters address and an 18 year old male with a Mechanicsburg address.

August 31, 2016

On August 31, 2016, at or about 2:06 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department did stop a vehicle in the 100 block of November Drive for illegal  window tint.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges to be filed on the driver, a 25 year old male with a Sunbury address.  Investigation also resulted in Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia charges to be filed on the passenger, a 26 year old male with a Mechanicsburg address.

August 29, 2016

On August 29, 2016, at or about 2:34 p.m., Camp Hill Police Department was dispatched to the parking lot at 1700 Market Street for a theft from a motor vehicle.  Investigation revealed an unknown person had broken the window of the vehicle and taken a tablet and a wallet from the vehicle.  Investigation is ongoing.

August 27, 2016

On August 27, 2016, at or about 1:57 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department did conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the 2400 block of Cumberland Blvd.   Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges to be filed on a 28 year old male with a Camp Hill address.

On August 27, 2016 at or about 5:40 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department officers did respond to an EMS call for a person passed out in a vehicle in the Giant parking lot.    Investigation revealed person was under the influence of drugs.  Possession of Drugs, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges were filed on a 22 year old male with a Camp Hill address.

On August 27, 2016 at or about 3:52 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department did respond to an EMS call for a male passed out in a vehicle at the Sunoco A-Plus at 3180 Market Street.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence Charges to be filed on a 44 year old male with a Harrisburg address.

August 25, 2016

On August 25, 2016 at or about 2:08 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department did conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle driving recklessly in the 2700 block of Cumberland Blvd.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence and Driving Under Suspension charges to be filed on a 26 year old female with a Mechanicsburg address.

August 21, 2016

On August 21, 2016, at or about 1:36 a.m., the Camp Hill Police Department did conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding at Route 11 and 15 / Route 581 interchange.  The driver was determined to be under the influence and Driving Under the Influence charges were filed on a 38 year old male with a Harrisburg address.

On August 21, 2016, at or about 1:24 p.m., Camp Hill Police Department did investigate a motor vehicle accident in the 300 block of North 26th Street.  The driver did strike a parked vehicle and then struck the curb and disabled his vehicle.   Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence Charges being filed on a 20 year old male with a Mechanicsburg address.

August 16, 2016

On August 16, 2016 at or about 1:17 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department officers did conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle which was speeding and driving reckless on Market Street and South 17th Street.  Investigation resulted in Driving under the Influence and Driving under the Influence – Drugs and Alcohol charges being filed on a 24 year old male with a New Cumberland address.

August 15, 2016

On August 15, 2016, at or about 2:39 a.m. Camp Hill Police Department did investigate a motor vehicle accident in the 100 block of April Drive.  The driver had struck parked vehicles.  Investigation resulted in a Driving Under the Influence Charge being filed on a 26 year old male with a Camp Hill address.

On August 15, 2016 at or about 4:30 p.m., Camp Hill Police Department received information from individuals who reported they were being harassed and stalked by an individual.  Investigation resulted in Stalking and Terroristic Threats charges being filed on a 38 year old male with a Camp Hill address.

On August 15, 2016, at or about 2:38 p.m., Camp Hill Police Department did receive a call from Loss Prevention at Boscov’s at the Camp Hill Shopping Center.  They reported that a male had taken items without paying for same and left the store.  It was also reported he tried to return a stolen item.  Through investigation the suspect’s identity was learned and Retail Theft and Theft by Deception charges were filed on a 54 year old male with a York Haven address.

August 13, 2016

On August 13, 2016, at or about 2:35 a.m. the Camp Hill Police Department did assist a neighboring police department with a suspected DUI driver.  Camp Hill Police did stop the vehicle on Wesley Drive and Driving Under the Influence charges were filed on a 35 year old male with a Camp Hill address.

August 4, 2016

On August 4, 2016, at or about 9:51 p.m., Camp Hill Police Department did respond with Camp Hill EMS to the Camp Hill Shopping Center Parking Lot for a male in a vehicle who was to be unresponsive.  Learned through investigation that the individual was passed out due to drinking.  A Public Drunk charge was filed on a 49 year old male with a Virginia address.
