November 3, 2017

On November 3, 2017 at or about 7:45 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department officers were working the football game at Siebert Park when a male pulled up in a vehicle and asked where he could park.  Officers did notice an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges to be filed on a 57 year old male with a Mechanicsburg address.  Endangering the Welfare of Children charges were also filed as he had minors in the vehicle.

October 29, 2017

On October 29, 2017, at or about 12:45 p.m., Camp Hill Police Department was dispatched to the Giant Food Store, 3301 Trindle Road, for a subject who has been loitering and sleeping in the café for several days and he had been told to leave and will not comply.  Camp Hill Police did respond and did identify the subject and through investigation it was learned that he had committed Retail Theft.  Subsequently Retail Theft charges were filed on a 51 year old male with a Carlisle address.

October 22, 2017

On 10/22/17 at 5:58 P.M. the Camp Hill Police Department took a report of a bike theft at the Giant, 3301 Trindle Road. Two juveniles left their bikes unlocked near the entrance to the store while they went inside. An older white male exited the store and took one of the bikes, which was a black and green Trek Dual Sport Mountain Bike.   He was last seen riding west on Trindle Road.  Investigation to continue.

October 23, 2017

On October 23, 2017, at or about 1:54 p.m., Camp Hill Police did conduct a traffic stop in the 100 block of November Drive for speeding.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Minor Prohibited from Operating Vehicle with alcohol in system charges to be filed on a 20 year old male with a Camp Hill address.

October 21, 2017

On October 21, 2017, at or about 2:00 a.m., Camp Hill Police did conduct a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Market Street for speeding.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges being filed on a 30 year old female with a Camp Hill address.  Investigation also resulted in Obstructing Law Enforcement and Disorderly Conduct on a 23 year old male with a Carlisle address.

On October 21, 2017, at or about 3:36 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to check the area of North 32nd Street and Market Street for a driver who was suspected to be DUI.  Camp Hill Police conducted a traffic stop and investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Marijuana charges to be filed on a 63 year old male with a Leesburg, Virginia address.

On October 21, 2017, at or about 10:00 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched the check the area of Market street near 17th Street for a vehicle that was to be driving reckless and suspected to be DUI.  Camp Hill Police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges being filed on a 25 year old male with an Exton address.

October 20, 2017

On October 20, 2017, at or about 10:49 a.m., Camp Hill Police did receive information from Loss Prevention at Boscov’s regarding an active retail theft with three males.  Investigation was conducted and the three males were identified and charged with retail theft.  The three males were 17, 19 and 22, all with Harrisburg addresses.

October 19, 2017

On October 19, 2017, at or about 3:59 p.m, Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Cumberland Blvd for a motor vehicle accident.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges to be filed on a 40 year old female with a Camp Hill address.

October 11, 2017

On October 11, 2017, at or about 10:17 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department did respond to Boscov’s, 170 South 32nd Street on  information received from Loss Prevention.  They advised that there was a male in the store who appeared to be intoxicated or on a controlled substance due to his actions inside the store.  The male was identified and it was learned that he was making fraudulent returns at Boscov’s.  Investigation resulted in Theft by Deception charges being filed on 30 year old male with a Carlisle address.

October 8, 2017

On October 8, 2017, at or about 6:07 p.m, Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the 200 block of North 17th Street with EMS for an unresponsive male in a vehicle.   Investigation resulted in Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving Under the Influence charges to be filed on a 31 year old male with a Camp Hill address.

 

October 6, 2017

On October 6, 2017, at or about 1:17 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the parking lot of the Camp Hill Shopping Center in front of Staples for an active fight.  We learned the suspect was following a female in the parking lot and had assaulted two males who had tried to intervene.  Investigation resulted in Simple Assault, Driving Under the Influence, Public Drunk, Driving Under Suspension and Open Container charges to be filed on a 33 year old male with a Lemoyne address
