On April 13, 2016 at 4:15 p.m., the Camp Hill Police did receive a call from persons stating there was a male walking on the roadway at South 32nd Street and Trindle Road yelling at motorists. Upon identifying the 59 year old male it was learned he had warrants out of Dauphin and Berks Counties. Capitol Police were contacted for their warrants and they did come to the scene to pick up the male. The Camp Hill Police Department filed a Public Drunk charge on the male with a Harrisburg address.
On April 10, 2016, at approximately 1:41 a.m. Camp Hill Police investigated a parked vehicle on Harvard Avenue with four persons just sitting in the vehicle. Investigation resulted in Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Underage Drinking, Open Container and various vehicle violation charges to be filed on a 20 year old male with a Camp Hill address.
On April 9, 2016 at approximately 2:45 a.m. Camp Hill Police conducted a traffic stop on South 21st Street at Harvard Avenue. Upon contact with the driver and investigation Driving Under the Influence Charges were filed on a 40 year old male with a Camp Hill address.
On April 7, 2016 the Camp Hill Police did start receiving multiple calls from victims of credit card fraud. The victims stated that numerous charges had been placed on their cards which were still in their possession. The cards were used at various drug stores in the Borough of Camp Hill. The Camp Hill Police are still investigating these incidents but have filed charges on a 25 year old female with an out of state address and also a 27 year old female with an out of state address.
On April 6, 2016, at approximately 5:36 p.m. Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the Giant Food Store parking lot at the Camp Hill Shopping Center for a road rage incident in the lot. Investigation resulted in a Disorderly Conduct charge being filed on a 25 year old male with a New Bloomfield address.
On April 6, 2016, at approximately 7:40 p.m. the Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the 100 block of South 17th Street for a reported domestic. Upon investigation Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunk charges were filed on a 35 year old homeless female.
On April 5, 2016 at approximately 3:31 p.m. Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the Giant Food Store at the Pharmacy for a female attempting to obtain a controlled substance with a fraudulent prescription. Officers did respond and did arrest a 52 year old female into custody. The 52 year old female with a Harrisburg address was arrested for Counterfeit Prescriptions, Acquire Prescription by Fraud and Pharmacy Act Fraudulent Prescription violations.
On April 4, 2016 at approximately 1:57 a.m. Camp Hill Police did conduct a traffic stop for speeding on a vehicle in the 2500 block of Cumberland Blvd. Upon investigation the 28 year old male driver was arrested for Driving Under the Influence. The male has a Camp Hill address.
On March 29, 2016, at approximately 8:10 a.m. the Camp Hill Police received a phone call from a resident from North 26th Street who advised that her son’s bicycle was taken from their enclosed garage sometime yesterday. Resident stated the person(s) responsible for taking the bicycle had to open the garage door and enter the structure in order to take the bicycle. This bicycle was the one abandoned in the 2200 block of Parkside Road.
On March 29, 2016 at approximately 11:22 a.m. the Camp Hill Police were dispatched to Talbot’s located at 3214 Trindle Road for a person attempting to return stolen merchandise. Upon investigation Theft by Deception charges were filed on a 53 year old female with a Harrisburg address and Retail Theft charges on a 28 year old female with a Harrisburg address.
On March 28, 2016 at approximately 3:07 p.m. the Camp Hill Police Department were dispatched to the Boscov’s Department Store at the Camp Hill Shopping Center for a theft suspect in custody. Investigation resulted in Retail Theft charges being filed on a 36 year old female with a New Cumberland address.
On March 28, 2016 at approximately 3:55 p.m. the Camp Hill Police received a phone call from a resident residing on Parkside Road. The resident advised that they found a bicycle abandoned at a house in the 2200 block of Parkside Road. The Camp Hill Police did respond and did pick up the bicycle.
On March 29, 2016, at approximately 8:07 a.m. the Camp Hill Police received a phone call from a resident residing in the 300 block of North 24th Street. The resident advised that a bicycle was stolen overnight from their carport. The bicycle was recovered later in the day on Willow Avenue and returned to the owner.
On March 21, 2016, at approximately 1:34 a.m. the Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the 100 block of November Drive for a drunk person who was banging on doors and out of control. Investigation did result in Public Drunkenness charges being filed on a 26 year old female with a Camp Hill address.
