On February 8, 2016 at approximately 12:06 a.m. Camp Hill Police did stop a motor vehicle for a traffic violation. Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges being filed on a 24 year old male with a Camp Hill address.
On February 8, 2016, at approximately 3:42 p.m. Camp Hill Police Officers did conduct a traffic stop in the first block of South 32nd Street for an expired registration. Investigation resulted in charges being filed on a 33 year old male with an Enola address for Disorderly Conduct.
On February 6, 2016 at approximately 7:16 a.m. the Camp Hill Police did respond to the Camp Hill Shopping Center Lot to meet a victim, who advised her car window was smashed and her purse was taken and her credit card was used. Investigation resulted in Theft from Motor Vehicle and Access Device Fraud charges being filed on a 27 year old male and a 35 year old female, both with Harrisburg addresses.
On February 5, 2016 at approximately 2:21 p.m. Camp Hill Police did respond to the Arby’s at 32 South 32nd Street for the report of a male who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Officers did respond and through investigation it was learned the 26 year old male from Carlisle was in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia and was arrested for same. It was also learned that a 43 year old male from Boiling Springs was also under the influence and had drove them to that location. Subsequently he was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as well as Driving Under Suspension.
On February 3, 2016 at approximately 2:42 p.m. Camp Hill Police did respond to Boscov’s Department Store at the Camp Hill Shopping Center for a retail theft suspect that loss prevention had in custody. Officers did arrive on scene and through investigation did file Retail Theft charges on a 38 year old female with a Mechanicsburg address.
On January 28, 2016 at approximately 12:40 p.m. the Camp Hill Police received information from a victim who advised she gave a co-worker a ride home and they went to Giant at the Camp Hill Shopping Center to pick up her co-worker’s boyfriend. She gave them both a ride home and realized that her purse was missing from the back seat. Theft from Motor Vehicle charges were filed on a male juvenile with an Enola address.
On January 28, 2016 at approximately 4:33 p.m. the Camp Hill Police responded to Ashford Way for a report of a burglary. Investigation resulted in burglary charges being filed on a male with a Harrisburg address.
On January 28, 2016 at approximately 6:12 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Lincoln Street for a report of a burglary. This burglary is still under investigation and no charges have been filed to date.
On January 27, 2016 at approximately 9:28 a.m., the Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the Giant Food store for a theft. Information was obtained and through investigation, theft charges were filed on a 30 year old female Giant employee with a Mechanicsburg address.
On January 17, 2016, at approximately 4:06 a.m., Camp Hill Police conducted a traffic stop for a speeding violation on Cumberland Blvd. at South 32nd Street. Through investigation the operator was found to be Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Charges were filed on a 35 year old female with a Camp Hill address.
On January 17, 2016, at approximately 3:00 p.m., the Camp Hill Police learned that several vehicles parked in the Camp Hill Shopping Center Parking lot had the windows smashed and items taken from the vehicles. This remains under investigation.
On January 16, 2016, at approximately 3:26 a.m. Camp Hill Police officers came across a vehicle parked in the Friendly’s lot at an unusual angle and running. The officers approached the vehicle which was occupied by a male in the driver’s seat who appeared to be passed out. Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges being filed on a 45 year old male with Maryland address.
On January 16, 2016 at approximately 11:01 a.m. Camp Hill Police Department received a call from Loss Prevention at Boscov’s Department Store, 170 South 32nd Street. Loss prevention advised that had evidence regarding a female who had committed a retail theft and had fled the scene. The female was later located in a yard on Harvard Avenue and taken into custody. Charges of Retail Theft and Possession of Marijuana were filed against a 29 year old female with a Harrisburg address. Also through investigation it was learned that there was also a male accomplice. He was identified and charges of Retail Theft were also filed on a 44 year old male with a Middletown address.
On January 13, 2016, at approximately 2:23 p.m. Camp Hill Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle which someone had reported was driving recklessly on Market Street. The vehicle was stopped in the first block of North 31st Street. Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges to be filed against a 37 year old female with an Enola address. The female was also found to have synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia in her vehicle, which resulted in additional charges being filed.
On January 12, 2016 at approximately 8:42 a.m. the Metro Bank located at 3201 Trindle Road was robbed. The description given was a black male, approximately 5’6” to 5’10”, 180-200 lbs., wearing black jacket with a black scarf wrapped around his face, gloves and black sweatpants. Left area toward Chipotle. Robbery is still under investigation.
On January 12, 2016 at approximately 3:09 p.m. Camp Hill Police did receive information from Loss Prevention at Boscov’s, 170 South 32nd Street, regarding a retail theft which was not active at this time. Through information given by Boscov’s Loss Prevention Camp Hill Police did file Retail Theft charges on a 45 year old female with a Camp Hill address.
