On March 18, 2016 at approximately 5:02 p.m. the Camp Hill Police Department received a phone call from a realtor who had a property for sale located in the 2900 block of Yale Avenue.  The realtor advised he was listing the home and noticed that the copper piping in the resident had been taken.  The theft may have occurred anytime within a three week period as the residence was vacant and no one had been in the property for that period of time.  PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON VACANT PROPERTIES IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY.

March 16, 2016

On March 16, 2016 at approximately 10:39 a.m. the Camp Hill Police Department received a phone call from a resident in the 2200 block of Parkside Road, who advised that her son’s bicycle was stolen sometime during the night/early morning hours from the carport.  Later on March 16, 2016, the Camp Hill Police Department did receive a call from the resident who advised that her son’s bicycle was located in a yard in the 100 block of North 31st Street.  She did recover the bike.

 

On March 16, 2016, at approximately 10:45 a.m. a Camp Hill resident did stop into the Camp Hill Police Department to report that his bicycle was taken from his back yard last evening.  Property where bike was located was in the 300 block of North 26th Street.  As of this date the bicycle has not been recovered.

 

On March 16, 2016, at approximately 8:11 p.m. Camp Hill Police Department were dispatched to the 3100 block of Market Street for a hit and run traffic accident.  It was learned that the accused party had left the scene.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charge being filed on a 41 year old female with an address in Lower Allen Township.

 

On March 16, 2016, at or about 11:38 p.m. the Camp Hill Police Department did receive a phone call regarding a suspicious vehicle located at North 26th Street and Lincoln Street with a Maryland license plate.  Upon arrival in the area this officer did stop the suspect vehicle.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence, Expired Registration and Operator License violations to be filed on a 33 year old male with a Maryland address.

 

March 11, 2016

On March 11, 2016, at approximately 1:28 a.m. Camp Hill Police did respond to the 100 block of North 15th Street for a fight.   Investigation resulted in Aggravated Assault charges being filed on a 27 year old male, a 22 year old male and a 52 year old male, all with Camp Hill addresses.

March 9, 2016

On March 9, 2016 at approximately 1:47 p.m. Camp Hill Police did respond to the Giant Food Store at the Camp Hill Shopping Center for an EMS call with an unresponsive person.  Investigation revealed a drug overdose and possession of drug paraphernalia charges were filed on a 32 year old female with a Mechanicsburg address.

March 8, 2016

On March 8, 2016, at approximately 11:09 p.m. Camp Hill Police did respond along with EMS to the 2300 block of Page Street for the report of an unresponsive person.  Upon arrival it was determined that the patient had overdosed on drugs.  Naloxone was administered and the patient was revived.  Investigation resulted in Possession of Heroin, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges being filed on a female juvenile.

March 6, 2016

On March 6, 2016 at approximately 12:37 a.m. Camp Hill Police did respond to North 29th Street and Market Street for a motor vehicle accident.  It was reported that a male had struck two parked vehicles and was walking around the scene and seemed intoxicated or ill.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges to be filed on a 31 year old male with an Enola address.

March 1, 2016

On Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at approximately 5:26 p.m. the Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the Boscov’s Department Store at the Camp Hill Shopping Center for an active theft with subject assaulting the Loss Prevention Officer and fleeing the scene.  The suspect was found and robbery, simple assault, retail theft and drug charges were filed on a 25 year old male with a Shippensburg address.

February 25, 2016

On February 25, 2016, Camp Hill Police responded to the 2100 block of Market Street for a verbal dispute in which both parties displayed weapons.  Investigation resulted in Disorderly Conduct charges being filed on a 33 year old male with a Harrisburg address.

On February 25, 2016, Camp Hill Police responded to a residence on North 27th Street in the Borough for a follow up on an overdose in a neighboring town.  Investigation resulted in Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges being filed on a 21 year old male with a Camp Hill address.

February 22, 2016

On February 22, 2016, at approximately 8:07 p.m. Camp Hill Police did respond to the area of South 15th Street for the report of a suspicious male in a parked vehicle.  Upon investigation public drunkenness, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia charges were filed on a 32 year old male with a Camp Hill address.

February 20, 2016

On February 20, 2016 at approximately 5:22 a.m. Camp Hill Police did respond to a residence on Laurel Lane in Camp Hill Borough for a burglary.  Upon arrival it was learned that the homeowner did hear a noise and did confront a burglar in her residence.  She did confront the person and was assaulted.  The person did manage to escape the residence.  Description is a male, approximately 5’6”, wearing baggy pants and a gray hoodie.
