July 17, 2016

On July 17, 2016, at or about 2:20 p.m., Camp Hill Police Department were dispatched to the Boscov’s Department Store at the Camp Hill Shopping Center for a retail theft.  Through investigation it was learned that a 38 year old male with a Harrisburg address, took items without paying for same and fled the store.  The male was identified and a Retail Theft charge was filed.

July 15, 2016

On July 15, 2016, at or about 7:23 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department did respond to an EMS call at the Camp Hill Shopping Center Parking Lot for an unresponsive person.  Through investigation  it was learned that the suspect did take illegal medication and drove his motorcycle to the parking lot.  Driving Under the Influence charges were filed on a 26 year old male with a Harrisburg address.

On July 15, 2016, at or about 11:00 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department received a call from Giant Food Store at the Camp Hill Shopping Center for a retail theft.  Investigation resulted in Retail Theft charges being filed on a 59 year old female with no permanent address.

 

July 14, 2016

On July 14, 2016, at or about 3:15 p.m. Camp Hill Police did respond to Boscov’s Department Store at the Camp Hill Shopping Center for a retail theft.  Investigation resulted in Retail Theft charges being filed on a 26 year old male with a Hummelstown address.

 

July 13, 2016

On July 13, 2016, at or about 9:03 a.m. the Camp Hill Police Department did receive a call regarding a burglary in the 2800 block of Fairview Road.  The residents were not home and a neighbor noticed the damage.  Several items were taken.  Investigation in ongoing.

July 11, 2016

On July 11, 2016, at or about 11:55 p.m., Camp Hill Police Department, together with EMS, were dispatched to the 100 block of North 17th Street for a heroin overdose.  Investigation resulted in Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charge being filed on a 28  year old female with a Mt Holly Springs address.

July, 10 2016

On July 10, 2016, at or about 2:06 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle who completed numerous traffic violations at South 31st Street at Dickinson Avenue.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges being filed on a 35 year old male with a New Kingstown address.

 

July 6, 2016

On July 6, 2016, at or about 6:28 a.m., Camp Hill Police did conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle for an illegal right on red turn at South 32nd Street and Trindle Road.  Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence – Drugs, charge to be filed on a 35 year old male with a Carlisle address.

July 2, 2016

On July 2, 2016, at or about 2:11 a.m., Camp Hill Police did make a traffic stop on a suspected DUI vehicle in the 3200 block of Market Street. Upon contact with the driver it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol.   Driving Under the Influence charges were  filed on a 33 year old male with a Mechanicsburg address.

June 30, 2016

On June 30, 2016, at or about 12:03 p.m., Camp Hill Police Department received a call from the property owner of a property located in the 2000 block of Market Street. The property owner advised that tenants had moved out and had damaged the property and had also left drug paraphernalia behind.  Charges to be filed on the two teenage males who resided in the apartment.

June 28,2016

On June 28, 2016, at or about 10:05 a.m., Camp Hill Police Department was dispatched to Don’s Snack Shack at the Camp Hill Pool for a reported burglary.   Unknown person(s) had entered the structure and taken the cash register as well as some food products.  Investigation is ongoing.
