September 12, 2017

On September 12, 2017, at or about 2:26 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the Boscov’s Department Store at 170 South 32nd Street for an active retail theft.  Investigation resulted in Retail Theft charges being filed on a 41 year old male with a Harrisburg address.

On September 12, 2017, at or about 8:45 p.m., Camp Hill Police did receive information from Loss Prevention at the Boscov’s Department Store, 170 South 32nd Street, regarding a non-active retail theft.  Investigation resulted in Retail Theft charges being filed on a 32 year old female with a Harrisburg address.

September 9, 2017

On September 9, 2017, at or about 10:01 a.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the 3400 block of Market Street for a hit and run accident.   Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges being filed on a 41 year old male with a Hampden Township address.

September 2, 2017

On September 2, 2017, at or about 1:08 a.m., Camp Hill Police did notice a suspicious vehicle parked in the Camp Hill Shopping Center Parking Lot with the windows covered.  This officer made contact with the occupants of the vehicle. who advised they were homeless, and learned that the male had a probation warrant for his arrest.  As the officer tried to take him into custody on this warrant he did flee.  As a result a Flight to Avoid Apprehension charge was filed on a 31 year old male who is currently homeless.

On September 2, 2017, at or about 6:06 a.m., Camp Hill Police observed the female half of the fleeing subject pull into 3433 Trindle Road, at which time officers observed that the fleeing male did get into the back seat and lay down across the back seat.  The female then fled the area.  This officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and the female was charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution.  She was a 29 year old homeless female.

September 1, 2017

On September 1, 2017, at or about 9:02 a.m., Camp Hill Police did meet with a business owner in Camp Hill at the Camp Hill Police Department who advised that he learned that some of the power tools from their company have been found in various pawn shops throughout the area.  Investigation resulted in Theft of Movable Property charges being filed on a 43 year old male with a Steelton address and a 37 year old male with a Middletown address.

August 23, 2017

On August 23, 2017, at or about 3:04 p.m., Camp Hill Police responded to the Giant Food Store, 3301 Trindle Road, to pick up a video from Loss Prevention regarding a Retail Theft.  This officer did identify the female party involved and Retail Theft charges were filed on a 20 year old female with a Camp Hill address.

 

August 20, 2017

On August 20, 2017, at or about 10:27 p.m., Camp Hill Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a headlight out and illegal window tint in the 3000 block of Columbia Avenue.  Investigation resulted in Driving under Suspension (DUI) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges being filed on a 46 year old female with a Camp Hill address.

August 18, 2017

On August 18, 2017, at or about 1:39 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the Boscov’s Department Store, 170 South 32nd Street, for a retail theft suspect in custody.  Investigation resulted in Retail Theft charges being filed on a 27 year old female with a Hummelstown address.

On August 18, 2017, at or about 3:06 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to the area of Market Street and North 15th Street for a reported domestic occurring in a vehicle.  The vehicle was stopped in the 2000 block of Market Street.  It was learned the domestic was verbal and nature and further investigation resulted in Driving under the Influence charges being filed on a 53 year old male with a Steelton address.

On August 18, 2017 at or about 7:42 p.m., Camp Hill Police were dispatched to Sally’s Beauty Supply, at 162 South 32nd Street for a reported retail theft.  While investigating this theft Camp Hill Police received a call from Boscov’s Department Store regarding an active retail theft.  This officer learned the thefts were related and investigation resulted in Retail Theft, Criminal Conspiracy Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property and numerous other charges to be filed on a 21 year old female with a Steelton address, a 25 year old female with a Chambersburg address and an 18 year old male with a Harrisburg address.

August 14, 2017

On August 14, 2017, at or about 1:57 p.m., Camp Hill Police did receive a phone call from Loss Prevention at Boscov’s, 170 South 32nd Street, who advised that two females had taken items and left the store without paying for same.   Investigation resulted in Retail Theft charges being filed on a 19 year old female with an Enola address and a juvenile female, also with an Enola address.
