On January 16, 2016, at approximately 3:26 a.m. Camp Hill Police officers came across a vehicle parked in the Friendly’s lot at an unusual angle and running. The officers approached the vehicle which was occupied by a male in the driver’s seat who appeared to be passed out. Investigation resulted in Driving Under the Influence charges being filed on a 45 year old male with Maryland address.
On January 16, 2016 at approximately 11:01 a.m. Camp Hill Police Department received a call from Loss Prevention at Boscov’s Department Store, 170 South 32nd Street. Loss prevention advised that had evidence regarding a female who had committed a retail theft and had fled the scene. The female was later located in a yard on Harvard Avenue and taken into custody. Charges of Retail Theft and Possession of Marijuana were filed against a 29 year old female with a Harrisburg address. Also through investigation it was learned that there was also a male accomplice. He was identified and charges of Retail Theft were also filed on a 44 year old male with a Middletown address.
